I have never had a RV manufacturer tell me a weight rating for their bumper. They usually say its enough for the spare tire or a BBQ grill that they have mounted on to it.

Since your axles are already below your leaf springs the only option is the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit item # RR23QX. This kit mounts to your spring hangers and moves the attachment point down 1-1/4" or 2-1/4". This adds extra brackets to the hangers but again it is the only aftermarket option.
